1. Nature of the wallet
The wallet is a ledger of cashback and referral bonuses earned. It holds no deposits, cannot be topped-up, cannot be used to buy anything on the Platform, and does not earn interest. It is not a prepaid payment instrument under the Payment and Settlement Systems Act, 2007. Balances are rewards, not money held in trust for you, until they are Available and you have requested withdrawal.
2. Cashback life-cycle and settlement
| Stage | What happens | Indicative time |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase recorded | Entry appears as Pending | Instant to 72 hours (online up to 7 days) |
| Store/retailer confirmation | Purchase confirmed or rejected | Up to 30 days; retailer-dependent |
| Return period | Cashback stays Confirmed until returns are no longer possible | 7–60 days depending on the store/retailer |
| Available | Cleared; you may request withdrawal | After the above |
| Withdrawal request to payment | We verify, then pay by bank transfer/UPI | Within 7 working days of a valid request |
The Company may set the Confirmed-to-Available timing automatically (auto-approval) in line with these timelines. A purchase marked Missing is held until the inquiry ends.
3. Withdrawal rules
- Minimum withdrawal, and any maximum per day or per month, are as shown on the Platform.
- Payment goes only to a bank account or UPI ID in the account holder’s own name.
- We may require PAN, Aadhaar-based or other KYC, as the law or our banking partners require, before paying larger amounts or on suspicion.
- Payment is made in Indian Rupees. Bank charges, if any, are borne by the party that bears them under the bank’s rules; we do not charge the shopper for standard transfers unless stated.
- Failed payments (wrong account, closed account, UPI failure) are returned to your Available balance. After two failed attempts we may ask for fresh verification.
- We may set off any amount you owe us (reversals, overpaid cashback, unpaid store invoices) before paying.
4. Store settlements
Stores pay commission against tax invoices (Part 3, clause 5). Unpaid store dues may be offset against any amount we owe that store. Where we owe a store or an affiliate money, we pay it within 30 days of a valid claim.
5. Holds, reversals and recoveries
We may hold or reverse a payment or balance where we reasonably suspect fraud, a mistaken credit, a chargeback, a court or regulator order, or breach of these Terms. We will tell you the reason where the law allows. Amounts paid by mistake must be returned within 7 days of our notice; we may recover them by deduction, legal action, or both.
6. TDS and tax documents
Where the Income-tax law requires tax to be deducted from any payment to you (including commission-type or business payments, or rewards above thresholds), we will deduct it, deposit it and give you the certificate. You must give a correct PAN; if not, higher rates may apply. Tax-treatment details are subject to your own advice.
7. Unclaimed money
Available balances unclaimed for 3 years after closure notice may be dealt with as the law requires. We will keep records and try to contact you at the details you gave.
