1A member may invite friends using their referral link or code. When an invited person (“Referee”) registers and then makes genuine, confirmed purchases, the member (“Referrer”) may earn a referral bonus.
2The bonus is a percentage of the Company’s share of commission on the Referee’s confirmed purchases, at the levels and percentages shown on the Platform, and paid only when that purchase becomes Confirmed. It is not a percentage of what the Referee pays, and nothing is paid just for registering.
3There is no fee, deposit or purchase needed to join or to refer. No member is required to buy any product or recruit anyone to take part.
4The bonus is payable out of the Company’s own commission. It stops or is reversed if the underlying purchase is cancelled or returned.
5Self-referral, referring family members living in the same household to earn bonuses, fake accounts, and paying or pressuring people to sign up are prohibited. Bonuses earned in breach are forfeited.
6Referrers must not make any claim of guaranteed income, “earn lakhs”, or make misleading promotion, and must not use spam or unauthorised ads. A Referrer is not an employee, agent or partner of the Company and has no authority to bind it.
7We may change, cap, pause or end the programme at any time. Bonuses already Confirmed before the change remain payable under Part 7.
8Bonus is subject to the same taxes, KYC and payment rules as cashback.
