1Online retailers are listed through an affiliate network, direct tracking link or plug-in. Cashback on those purchases is governed by the retailer’s own affiliate terms, which may change without notice.
2We confirm cashback only after the retailer or network confirms the sale and its return window has closed. If the retailer reverses, cancels or fails to pay us, no cashback is owed.
3Retailers that deal with us directly must pay the commission agreed in writing, keep tracking working, report returns and cancellations accurately, pay on the agreed cycle against GST invoices, and obey Part 3 clauses 5, 6 and 12 as if they were a Partner Store.
4We may display retailer logos, names and offers to promote the retailer, within brand guidelines it gives us.
