These terms apply to every individual who registers as a shopper or member to earn cashback, online or in a physical store.
1. How cashback works
1.1Online: you must log in, click “Activate Cashback” for the retailer on the Platform, and then complete the purchase in the same browser session without leaving to other coupon or comparison sites. Retailer cookies and tracking links must be allowed.
1.2In store: you must show your Member ID, QR code or member card to the Partner Store before the bill is made, and the store (or its staff) must record the purchase on the Platform. A purchase that is not recorded with your Member ID cannot be claimed later unless the store itself confirms it.
1.3Cashback is calculated on the eligible amount, which is normally the bill value after discounts and excluding GST, delivery, packing, gift cards, tips, cancelled or returned items, and any item excluded by the store. The store’s or retailer’s confirmed figure is final.
1.4The cashback percentage or amount shown is the shopper’s share. The Company keeps the rest of the commission. The Company’s share is its fee for running the Platform and is not shared with the shopper.
2. Cashback statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Pending | Purchase recorded or tracked. Not yet confirmed by the store/retailer. Can still be cancelled. |
| Confirmed | Store/retailer has confirmed the purchase and the return period or verification is running. Not yet withdrawable. |
| Available | Cleared. You may request withdrawal. |
| Paid | Paid to your bank account or UPI ID. |
| Missing / Under inquiry | You reported a missing purchase, or we are verifying something. We will tell you the result. |
| Cancelled / Rejected | Purchase returned, cancelled, not confirmed, or in breach of these Terms. No cashback is payable. |
2.1Only “Available” cashback can be withdrawn. “Pending” and “Confirmed” amounts are not owed to you until they become Available.
2.2Typical timelines are shown on the Platform. They are estimates only. Retailers and stores may take longer, and we depend on their confirmation.
3. Missing cashback claims
If a purchase does not appear within 7 days (online) or 3 days (in store), raise a claim through the Platform with the order number, date, amount and proof. Online claims must be made within 60 days of purchase. We will pursue the retailer or store but cannot pay cashback that the retailer or store does not confirm. We may close a claim that lacks proof.
4. Returns, cancellations and reversals
If goods are returned, cancelled or refunded in whole or part, the matching cashback is reversed. If cashback has already been paid, we may recover it by setting it off against other cashback, or by asking for repayment, which you agree to make within 15 days.
5. Withdrawals
5.1The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs. 100 (the Platform’s current setting applies). Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account or UPI ID in your own name, after the details are verified.
5.2You are responsible for correct payment details. We are not liable for money sent to wrong details that you gave, but will try to help recover it.
5.3We may delay, hold or refuse payment where we need to verify identity (KYC), where the law, a court or a tax authority requires it, or where fraud or breach is suspected.
5.4Payment settlement is explained in Part 7.
6. Taxes on cashback
Cashback is a price reduction or reward linked to your purchases. Its tax treatment depends on your circumstances and current law. You are responsible for your own income-tax and other obligations. If the law requires us to deduct tax (for example TDS) or to collect your PAN or other details, we will do so and you agree to give the details.
7. Referral programme
Referral rewards are governed by Part 6 and are part of these Terms.
8. Inactive accounts
If your account has had no login, purchase or withdrawal for 24 months we may send you a notice. If you do not respond within 60 days after the notice, unpaid Pending and Confirmed cashback may lapse and the account may be closed. We will pay genuinely Available cashback to a verified bank account on request, subject to Part 8.
9. Your promises
You confirm that the account is yours, that purchases are genuine, personal or for your household or lawful business, and that you will not do anything listed under “Acceptable use” in Part 1.
10. Death or incapacity
If a member dies, a legal heir may claim genuinely Available cashback by submitting a death certificate, proof of heirship (succession certificate, legal heir certificate or will, as applicable) and KYC. We may ask for an indemnity.
